A Pittsburgh Steelers fan is still upset about his team not getting a playoff berth, so he's doing something about it. Daniel Spuck has filed a motion against the NFL, claiming that the refs missed a crucial penalty in the Chargers' overtime win over the Chiefs in the final week of the season that would have given the Steelers the last playoff spot instead of the Chargers.

Spuck is calling for "a temporary emergency injunction" and suggests postponing the playoffs so that the Chargers and Chiefs could re-play the down in question, or so the Steelers and Chargers could play each other to determine who should be in the playoffs. If you think his argument is absurd now, it gets better. Spuck filed the motion from inside the Mercer County Jail, where he currently resides.
