8 Memorable Kobe Bryant Moments

Sacramento Kings v Los Angeles Lakers

It's hard to believe today is the one-year anniversary of the tragic passing of Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, and seven others.

During his legendary 20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers, Bryant was a five-time NBA champion; an 18-time All-Star; a two-time Olympic gold medalist; and an MVP, among numerous accolades.

Over the course of his NBA career, Bryant showed off his scoring ability, clutch championship performances, and the inspiring mindset exemplified in his "Black Mamba" nickname.

From throwing paper in a trash can in high school, college and professional games, you're most likely bound to hear someone shout "Kobe!" Bryant’s playing style became what only a legend could ever achieve, and that's exactly what he became, an NBA legend.
