A Hit May Have Been Put Out On Kodak Black In Tampa

Kodak Black may have been targeted by the hitmen that shot his security guard in the leg.

According to police, threats were made against him before the shooting. A series of online threats to Kodak's life were made, that police are looking into. Specifically threatening comments made by music producer Southside during an Instagram Live, in response to Kodak's IG Live mention of Southside's girlfriend, Yung Miami.

Tampa Police have not named suspects in the shooting right, as the investigation remains open and ongoing.

Police reported that gunfire erupted in the parking lot of a McDonald's. Shots were fired from a vehicle that was tailing Kodak.

The entourage was being followed by several cars attempting to cut them off as they left a nightclub, as Kodak pulled into a McDonald's and went inside to pick up an order. Someone inside one of the vehicles began shooting and Kodak's security guard was shot in the leg.

The guard was later rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries, Kodak though was unharmed as he was whisked away. Kodak's security guard underwent surgery as one of the shots hit an artery.
