Mystikal will avoid a trial over $3 million in back taxes after reaching a deal with the IRS.
According to court documents, “The parties have reached an agreement to settle the plaintiff’s cause of action against the defendant in its entirety.”
The bad news for Mystikal is he still has that rape case. A trial for that is scheduled to begin later this year.

X owes the IRS $1.7 in back taxes tied to last year’s tax evasion sentence. He’s not expecting a profit, listing the property at just $50,000 more than what he paid.
He actually tried to sell the home once before, when his finances took a dip back in 2006.
