It's official! King James is going to Los Angeles.
LeBron James announced that he will join the Lakers in a four-year deal for $154 million.
LeBron joins the Lakers after a four-year return stint with the Cleveland Cavaliers in which he brought the team its first championship and to the NBA Finals for four consecutive seasons. The deal came in the first day of business for the NBA free-agent market.
Kodak Black Got Them Papers
Kodak Black isn’t letting prison bars hold back his progress.
The incarcerated rapper recently shared some good news on social media. He passed his GED test and received a high school diploma.
Kodak said, “although it is a big accomplishment for me, I am yearning for more… #ThatsHowYouStep #CapAndGownPicsComingSoon.”
Nicki Minaj Paying For School
Nicki Minaj announced the recipients of her new Student of the Game scholarship fund.
Earlier this year, she promised to pay tuition or student loans for 37 people, and now she's moving ahead with it.
Last May, she did something similar when she decided to pay the tuition of followers with good grades.
Nicki is also hosting a contest for fans to come listen to her new album, Queen, in studio. The catch? If you were lucky enough to win a scholarship, you can’t enter this one, too.
