Believe it or not, it's been 25 years since Mariah Carey released Merry Christmas, the album that launched the holiday classic "All I Want for Christmas Is You" -- and she's wrapping up a special anniversary edition to mark the occasion.

Mimi posted a cute Instagram video with some of the details of the set, which drops on November 1st and includes her legendary 1994 performance at New York's Cathedral of St. John the Divine. You don't have to rush out to buy it, though -- she advises fans to wait until after Thanksgiving before breaking out the Christmas tunes.
