MEGAN THEE STALLION: Threatens Makeup Artist
Megan Thee Stallion says her makeup artist crossed the line.
Meg’s lawyer recently sent a cease-and-desist letter to artist Akil McCoy. The legal docs claim that he violated a nondisclosure agreement by mentioning the work they do together. It all started when Megan appeared in Vogue’s 24 Hours With Megan Thee Stallion. In the five minute clip, she runs down her daily activities including her makeup routine. She says she likes Akil a lot, but that they still argue on a daily basis about how to do her makeup.
The problem was when McCoy popped up in Meg’s Instagram comments to take credit, writing “Makeup by Akilaface” under the post. She wants him to delete the comment and keep his mouth shut about their professional relationship in the future. And if he doesn’t abide? She’ll see him in court.
The internet is convinced Lil Wayne is engaged to plus-size model La’Tecia Thomas.
While there has yet to be substantiated proof of their engagement, Wayne's fans claim they have the alleged evidence to back up their reports.
Exhibit A: For months there have been rumors La'Tecia and Lil Wayne were seeing each other. While La'Tecia has never outright confirmed the rumors, she's never denied them either. In fact, she's seemingly embraced the whispers by hinting at her and Wayne's coupling on Instagram, sharing Instagram Stories from what fans have speculated was the inside of Wayne's house.
Exhibit B: Last month, the Australian model started sporting a huge ring on her wedding finger. After being questioned by fans if her sparkler was an engagement ring, La'Tecia reportedly confirmed that it was, but didn't reveal who she's engaged to.
Exhibit C: The 26-year-old model is said to be an active commenter of Wayne's page, leaving heart emojis in his comments section.
While the last piece of alleged "evidence" is definitely not the smoking gun. It should be noted given the fact that if La'Tecia is engaged to someone else, commenting hearts on another man's page, specifically someone you're rumored to be dating, seems like a sure way to start some relationship drama.
As fans know, Wayne was last linked to his longtime partner and ex-fiancee Dhea Sodana for nearly ten years. The two reportedly split earlier this year.
