WIZ KHALIFA: Virtual 4/20 Concert
Wiz Khalifa and friends plan to celebrate 4/20 virtually this year.
Weedmaps will host an event on Monday called Higher Together: Sessions From Home. The one-day online music festival is billed as “the world’s biggest 4/20 virtual celebration.” Performers include Billy Ray Cyrus, Ari Lennox, Joey “CoCo” Diaz, Berner, Stephen Marley, Alchemist, Cam’ron, Dave East and Kitty Kash.
Wiz will perform a 20-minute DJ set with some of his favorite songs to smoke to. He'll also drop a new EP called The Saga of Wiz Khalifa that day, so he might throw some new music into the mix.
Waka Flocka’s mama, music manager Deb Antney, recently broke down the differences to doing a reality show on VH1 like Love and Hip Hop and working with We TV producers on her son’s show, What the Flocka. She says of Love and Hip Hop, “It’s very disgraceful for women… And it makes our men look horrible. And she's not with all the drama.” But at We TV, she says producers allow her and her fellow cast members to act more like themselves.
TORY LANEZ: Future of Quarantine Radio in Jeopardy
It could be a wrap for Quarantine Radio sooner than later.
Tory Lanez threatened to end it all depending on how government shelter-at-home orders go. The Toronto native posted on Instagram, “Ladies and gentlemen, Quarantine Radio will be back for the last two times this week before we go on our 'break.' (There will be no Quarantine Radio ALL NEXT WEEK and up until April 30th.”
He says he's waiting to see if the government will have us in for another month… If we are, he'll bring it back another... If not THEN WE OUTSIDE!
