Future Is NOT Giving Lil Wayne A Shout Out!
Lil Wayne recently revealed that he thought Future was shouting him out every time he heard the producer tag “Wheezy outta here” on songs... And just so you know, Wheezy aka Wesley Glass is a producer from Vicksburg MS. It’s not a huge shock considering this is the same guy who thought 21 Savage was a group of 21 people, and had no idea what TDE was even though he’s worked with Kendrick Lamar.
E-40: Donates Hand Sanitizer to Prison Population
E-40 is doing his part in the fight against COVID-19.
The Bay Area icon is helping out one of the most vulnerable populations -- the prison population. 40 Water produced and donated 1000 gallons of hand sanitizer for those incarcerated at or employed by the Lompoc federal prison and San Quentin State Prison in California. He also sent some sanitizer across the country to a federal penitentiary in Pennsylvania. He says, “People who were sentenced to prison time weren’t sentenced to death by COVID-19.”
The hand sanitizer was manufactured by a Kansas City distillery called Tom’s Town.
Doja Cat Pirate Vibe
Doja Cat says she’s thinking about following up “Say So” with some pirate-themed music. She’s been listening to “Enya…a lot of Grimes [and] anything that goes with this pirate-vibe I’ve been doing.” Knowing Doja, it’s hard to say if she’s trolling or completely serious — this is the artist who first blew up by rapping in a cow costume, after all.
