DR. DRE: $2 Million Monthly for Spouse Support?
Dr. Dre faces a bitter and expensive divorce.
Nicole Young filed divorce documents claiming she now has difficulty paying expenses. Apparently, Dr. Dre controls 100 percent of their accounts. He also canceled her American Express platinum card. Nicole demanded that he pay her $5 million legal fees. On top of that, she wants monthly spousal support in the amount of $2 million. PER MONTH.
Nicole Young detailed the night their marriage collapsed. Dr. Dre “in a drunken rage” kicked her out of one of their five houses “in the middle of the night.” She packed her bags and moved to their Malibu beach home, where she is entrenched. Nicole Young refused to turn over Dre's motorcycle, golf clubs and handgun.
Their lavish lifestyle included a private chef, seven housekeepers, 12 security guards, luxury cars and a private jet.
The only winners in a divorce are the lawyers. They will suggest you fight until they’ve siphoned all the money from your bank account.
USHER: Taking a Gamble on Vegas
Usher is rolling the dice on the fate of Las Vegas… He’s signing on to headline a residency next summer.
As of now the Strip's showrooms remain closed, and there's no official reopening date. But that's not stopping Mister Raymond plans to set up shop at Caesars Palace Colosseum starting on July 16th -- with a total of 12 shows covering the rest of that month, as well as the week between Christmas and New Year's Day 2022.
Usher says, “He’s really missed performing for his fans live and will be excited to see them in Las Vegas.”
BEYONCE: Another $1 Million Donated
Beyonce donated for a second time $1 million to “ensure economic empowerment for Black businesses.”
Her non-profit foundation, BeyGOOD, started in July the Black-Owned Small Business Impact Fund. At that time, she seeded the initiative with $1 million. On Wednesday she doubled that amount.
The Impact Fund awarded grants to 20 applications. Another round of applications will happen this month.
