CARDI B: Wants Amicable Divorce
So if you haven’t heard by now Cardi B has filed for divorce from Offset! But she’s playing nice in the split. She was surprised to learn that the public perception was that she wanted a confrontational divorce, so she decided to set the record straight.
After filing official divorce papers, Bardi has amended those documents. The latest filing “reiterates her desire for a friendly resolution.” She wants Offset to have joint custody, as the plan is to co-parent. And she only wants child support for two-year-old Kulture, not any spousal support… She ain’t trying to “Dre Day” him
And I think that’s good, because we’ve seen a lot of messy celebrity divorces over the years
KIM KARDASHIAN: Freezing Facebook & Instagram on Wednesday
Kim Kardashian, Mark Ruffalo, Leonardo DiCaprio and other A-listers have put a "freeze" on Facebook and Instagram for the next 24 hours to protest the spread of hate speech and misinformation on the platforms.
The protest is part of the Stop Hate for Profit campaign being organized by the NAACP and the Anti-Defamation League, among other groups.
The campaign is calling for the removal of Facebook groups that promote violence and posts that promote misinformation.
TRAVIS SCOTT: Fined for Fast Food Pop-up
Travis Scott was hit with a pair of citations after drawing a big crowd to a California McDonald’s spot for a surprise visit.
The plan was to have a meet-and-greet with fans who were waiting in line to pick up his new Cactus Jack meal in Downey, California. The problem is, even though he tried to keep it on the low, nearly 500 fans showed up. He was given $100 fines for failing to obtain an event permit and failing to get a permit to film the intended event. McDonald’s is also on the hook for the same fines.
By the time Travis showed up, he was swarmed by fans that were largely unmasked and not social distancing. He had to scramble for cover and pretty soon, the whole thing was a wrap.
The good news is that there were no injuries or arrests reported.
