LOVE AND HIP-HOP: Mo Fayne Sentenced to 17 Years
A Love and Hip-Hop star will be doing some hard time after getting caught in a PPP loan fraud case.
Rapper Mo Fayne was sentenced to 210 months in prison… Which comes out to 17.5 years.
Prosecutors say Fayne used the government bailout money intended for small businesses struggling to pay employees…
To pay for child support, jewelry, a new Rolls-Royce and a new business he was starting in another state.
Now while some yall might feel that’s a lot of time, that’s still roughly half of the 30-year sentence he originally faced.
Once he gets out, he’s still on the hook to pay back around four and a half million in restitution and will remain on supervised release for five years.
